Kabaret

Poster series inspired by 20th-century Polish poster design, exploring collage, colour, and expressive composition.

For my dissertation project, I explored the visual language of 20th-century Polish poster design and its emphasis on bold composition and symbolism. Drawing on this research, I developed a series of six posters for a fictional “Kabaret” night, using collage as a primary technique. The work focuses on the interplay between colour, figure, and form to create dynamic, expressive compositions that capture the energy and theatricality of the subject.
